We’ll guide you through traditional series, sun salutations, classic poses, and gentle floor work. A slower practice to promote awareness and a greater connection of body and mind. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗬𝗶𝗻 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝟰 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀) - CANCELLED Soft candlelight will help you relax with props, gravity, and time. You will find yourself in deep stretches held for 3-7 minutes. In this practice of complete surrender, shed your ego and find release. _______________ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Yoga Mat (We have a few that you can borrow; please let us know in the registration form if you need a mat) - Water Bottle - Optional: Blocks, straps _______________ 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Brenda has been teaching yoga for over 6 years. Trained in Bali and India in modern vinyasa, traditional hatha and ashtanga vinyasa, and pre/postnatal yoga. She has continued her education in yoga by taking add-on yoga courses for the elderly/chair yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. She is currently in her third year of university with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Her passion is functional mobility foremost, as well as helping people achieve their wellness/yoga goals. She dreams of having a yoga therapy resort one day.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, Cancellation and Missed Classes Policy >> No Refunds, but passes can be transferred to another individual. >> Regular class attendance is vital, particularly in the initial sessions due to important safety information. If a class is missed, students are responsible for reviewing the material and completing any missed projects. Instructors are happy to answer questions, but individual catch-up sessions are not offered. Additional classes may be available for purchase to provide further support. Cancellations due to weather >> In-person classes will only be cancelled if weather conditions are quite serious. Stay tuned to social media for updates. >> If a class is cancelled due to weather, the course will be moved to the following week (unless otherwise specified).
